Information for your stay in Ortisei

Important details on booking, cancellations, payments and included services to ensure a smooth holiday at Apartments Scurcià 41 in Val Gardena.

Booking and confirmation

Your booking will be considered binding once you have paid a deposit of 30% of the total amount and received our written confirmation. This deposit will be retained in all cases, including cancellation, late arrival or early departure. This is in accordance with Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 60 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained
• Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price will be retained
• Between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price will be retained
• From seven days before arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total price

The full booking amount will be charged in the event of a late arrival or early departure. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which you can arrange here.

Payment methods

The remaining amount can be paid in advance by bank transfer, or upon arrival at the venue, either in cash or by credit card. We accept cash payments up to the value of €5,000.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over. This is not included in the total price and must be paid separately on site.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
• Check-out: before 9:00 am

If you expect to arrive after 8.00 pm, please inform us by phone in advance.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pets

We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.
